COMMERCE ACQUISITION FOR TRANSFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (CATTS) is a contract vehicle for the U.S. Department of Commerce OCIO. The Office of Solutions and Service Delivery (OSSD) is located within the OCIO’s Office and provides complete IT solutions to customers by leveraging industry‐leading infrastructure and advanced technology service solutions to maintain and improve their experience. OSSD also provides service delivery, which entails collaboration with the customer to improve the quality of our products and services, utilizing network and web resources to deliver a consistent, reliable, and dependable platform to assist in fulfilling the customer’s business needs. This is a multiple small business BPA award with a performance period through September 2032 and a shared ceiling of $ 1.5 B. SNAP, through its Joint Venture with Ventech, Inc., is one of the 15 awardees.
