Navneet Gupta

Founder and President/CEO

Founder and President/CEO Since its founding in 1998, Mr. Gupta has been responsible for creating and implementing the company’s vision of being a leading provider of enterprise-wide Information Technology and Learning Management Solutions in the Government, DoD, and Commercial Markets.

Mr. Gupta, as President/CEO of SNAP, with his 30+ years of executive and marketing experience, directs the company’s overall strategy in marketing, finance, client, and industry relationships. Mr. Gupta earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Finance and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, India. He additionally holds multiple credentials in the field of LAN/WAN engineering and management.

Mr. Gupta mentors and serves on the board of multiple companies in the field of information technology and national/international marketing, and leads entrepreneurial efforts in multiple industries beyond IT.

Al Folsom, Ph.D.

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Folsom joined SNAP, Inc. in April 2016 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he provides leadership in positioning the company for continued growth, expansion, and diversification as it graduates from a small business and positions itself prominently in the Federal and DoD markets as a premier Information Technology and Training Solutions provider. He is responsible for customer engagement and operations of the company, specifically reviewing the business growth strategy and development pipeline. He brings a focus to the long-range corporate goals and growth objectives while engaging clients and staff to ensure SNAP continues to provide value in every program for all customers. His previous industry experience includes leading a corporate practice of Strategic Business Partner and Performance Consulting Skills workshops, including the entire legacy SABA/Harless suite as currently used by the USCG. With these workshops, he helped people and organizations make the transformation to accomplishment-based approaches as strategic business partners and performance consultants. He brings over 30 years of experience in the field of training and HPT, including his service in the USCG, where he retired as Chief Learning Officer (CLO) as a Captain (O-6) after 24 years of commissioned service. He is also the co-author of Exemplary Performance – Driving Business Results by Benchmarking Your Star Performers (San Francisco: Jossey-Bass, 2013); 2nd Edition (2022) which was awarded the International Society for Performance Improvement’s (ISPI) Award of Excellence in 2014 and the subject of the opening Masters’ Series at the 60th ISPI International Conference.

Yatri Jerajani

Senior Vice President

Yatri currently serves as SNAP’s Senior Vice President and brings over 25 years of information technology (IT) services experience. For the last 12+ years, he has served in a variety of leadership roles at SNAP, including leading the Federal Civilian practice and serving as senior project/program manager on multiple contracts.  In these capacities, he provides direction across a wide swath of SNAP’s Federal Civilian and State/Local portfolio, reaching back to his decade of experience with the company. A particular focus has been on leading service delivery and client engagement at multiple agencies within the Department of Agriculture, GSA, DHS, and the State of Maryland.

Yatri’s previous industry experience includes over 10 years of offshore IT support and services focused on cyber/security strategy, institutionalizing and maintaining Information Security and Risk Management Programs, establishing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, and other critical IT support components. Yatri also serves as the SNAP’s Process Manager and oversees the CMMI Maturity Level 3 Development and Services program, processes, and audits, together with the key ISO 9001, 20000-1, and 27000 certifications. These appraisals and certifications provide the foundation for the company’s IT customer engagement/development strategy and establish the basis for its project execution approach.

Yatri is a graduate of the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics. He also holds a myriad of certifications, including ABCP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, and CGEIT.

Suji Goudar

Director, Architecture & Emerging Technology Strategy

Suji Goudar is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience leading architecture-driven transformation across cloud, AI, and enterprise platforms. As a former senior technology strategist and digital architect at Microsoft and a former senior cloud solutions architect at AWS, Suji has consistently designed and scaled innovative technical programs that deliver measurable business outcomes and foster cross-industry digital modernization.

At SNAP, Suji brings deep expertise in solution architecture, technical enablement, and enterprise transformation. He has guided multi-billion-dollar partners through large-scale cloud adoption, spearheaded AI readiness initiatives, and developed formal architecture governance frameworks that empower engineering teams while aligning with executive priorities. His portfolio spans federal agencies, Fortune 500s, and emerging ventures, where he has led mission-critical initiatives involving secure cloud migration, architecture rationalization, and intelligent automation.

Suji is known for his ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for C-level audiences and has built global architecture teams that blend deep engineering rigor with a customer-obsessed culture. A passionate advocate for emerging technologies, he actively advises startups worldwide and contributes to innovation ecosystems in AI, edge computing, and automation.

Suji holds advanced certifications across AWS and Microsoft clouds, and his educational background includes engineering degrees in Computer and Biomedical Engineering, as well as a Master’s in Computer Information Systems.

Bruce Adams

Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Adams is a senior executive with over 37 years of information technology (IT) services experience. For the last 25 years, he has had business development and profit/loss responsibilities within rapidly growing small businesses. He has participated in corporate annual revenue growth from zero dollars through $335M, and has demonstrated an ability to establish and grow a base of business within both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Adams has provided business capture and proposal development services for the federal civilian and National Security/DoD divisions of Criterion Systems. In this consulting role, Bruce has supported many business pursuits, including those associated with the Department of Energy, the National Nuclear Security Administration, DISA, NSA, Air Force, Army, FBI, and a number of the National Laboratories. Mr. Adams is DoD TOP SECRET cleared. Bruce was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Federal Programs Senior Vice President for CNSI. Bruce is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.S. in Economics. He is a member of AFCEA and is actively involved in his community.

Carolyn Bohls

Director of HR

Mrs. Bohls currently serves as SNAP’s Director of HR and brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience. For the last 10 years, she has been responsible for the company & Human Resources services, policies, and programs, and manages all aspects of the corporate HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR compliance. She works with the executive team to advance the company’s mission, vision, guiding principles, and values. Carol joined the SNAP team in 2015.
