Covid 19
SNAP’s response to COVID-19
The situation we face as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic is truly unprecedented. SNAP moved forward in this unpredictable period with a strategy of compassion, preparedness and togetherness. While responding to this situation, the health and safety of our employees remains our utmost priority and SNAP seamlessly implemented a highly effective operating model (Business Continuity Process) by transitioning to remote work in concert with the government and CDC guidelines. We provided training and support to each staff member for the successful transition and continue to operate at 100% capacity. We remain committed to supporting our employees and have ensured income-continuity for every employee without furloughs or layoffs.
SNAP continues to monitor ongoing developments and our Senior Management Team is playing an important role in navigating this path forward, maintaining close contact with our staff to keep them informed of current and future plans together with ensuring the long-term health of the company.
We have also “doubled-down” on our commitment to clients in terms of quality, schedule and performance to ensure their mission objectives and success remain our top priority. We are collaborating with our customers to create solutions and acquire resources that continue to improve their programs.
We are proud of our staff for their shared commitments to rise to this global challenge and remain hopeful that this situation will ease as businesses and communities reopen. We look forward to a time where we can safely return to our offices and work together again without compromising anyone’s well-being.
